Friendly staff, great location at good price. Nice breakfast on request. Limited breakfast options. Characterful hotel with on-site parking. Amazing evening meal. Water pressure may be an issue due to age of property. Upgraded breakfast due to shower problem. Cosy pub with craft ales.

The location, close to the city centre and in a medieval restaurant, adds to the charm of this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, with all the facilities needed, including toiletries and even the option of a four-poster bed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in the heart of the city and conveniently close to all the attractions. It was just a short walk away from the main shopping area, making it easy to explore everything the city had to offer. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
Some dishes were unavailable during our evening meal, possibly due to the hotel being busy.
